Position Overview:

Lambert Nemec Group, Winnipeg's leader in Permanent Recruitment, has partnered with our client to recruit for an Executive Assistant to be an exceptional support to the President of the company. You will be a professional and experienced Executive Assistant who thrives within a collaborative environment and enjoys a broad scope of responsibilities and variety in their day.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all external inquiries for the President including email triaging and calendar management for personal and professional commitments.
  • Coordinate meetings, organize agendas, and prepare related meeting documentation and minutes.
  • Preparing presentation decks, formal reports, and marketing initiatives for the organization.
  • Managing various financial tasks, such as approving expense reports, bank reconciliations, and managing invoices.
  • Manage sensitive information carefully, keeping records, files, and databases accurate and secure.
  • Arrange travel and events as needed.
  • Work closely on related legal, contracts and documentation.
  • Lead administrative projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years minimum of Executive Assistant or relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with a positive team approach to resolutions.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Solid financial knowledge including invoicing, expense reports, and bank reconciliations, is an asset.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills and must be highly organized.
