Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Product Operations Analyst to join our Enghouse team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assessing and optimizing our product operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, drive operational improvements, and ensure the efficient management of our product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and engineering priorities. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Business Operations, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that our product development processes align with business objectives and contribute to overall growth.

What will you do:

1. Data Collection, Processing, and Analysis:

- Collaborate with go-to-market teams, product managers, development teams, and support teams to define data requirements for assessing product operations.

- Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability to allow for data driven management discussions and decision-making with regard to the direction and performance of Enghouse product delivery.

- Utilize statistical methods and analytical techniques to assess product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and engineering priorities.

2. Process Optimization and Performance Metrics:

- Evaluate existing processes and workflows related to product operations to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings. This includes breaking down product operations into its various elements: technical debt, infrastructure, and innovation.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of product operational initiatives.

- Collaborate with various departments including finance, sales, marketing, R&D, and IT to understand both financial & operational needs and challenges.

3. Data Visualization and Reporting:

- Create insightful reports and dashboards using tools such as PowerBI and Tableau to communicate complex data findings related to product operations to non-technical stakeholders.

- Identify patterns, correlations, and trends in data to inform product strategy, decision-making, and process improvements.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Improve the effectiveness of Enghouse's regional and global ‘Product Board meetings' to align product development priorities between go-to-market teams and priorities of our R&D and product departments.

- Establish and implement performance management cadences of the R&D and product teams globally by evaluating operating and financial performance of Enghouse's many cloud ops teams, engineering teams, and product management groups.

- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating data insights into actionable recommendations that improve Enghouse's ability to deliver product to existing new customers in a timely and cost-effective manner.

5. Documentation, Training, and Technology:

- Document standard operating procedures for business processes and systems requirements, ensuring clarity and consistency in operations.

- Collaborate closely with the IT department to identify and document workflow or process changes needed for global business applications, including Enghouse Datawarehouse. This includes defining requirements, providing training, and ensuring seamless integration of technological solutions to optimize operational efficiency.

What will you bring:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Engineering, Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- 5+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or product-focused roles within a B2B software organization.

- Strong expertise in data analysis, database management (e.g., SQL), and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI).

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Jira or Zendesk.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
