Responsibilities and Duties

• Being first point of contact for client by providing customer service for requests via telephone or walk in
• Shipping and receiving hardware peripherals on a daily basis, inclusive of returns
• Act as the liaison between Account Manager/Technical Team and clients for service related requests
• Review tickets for billing before having it sent to the IT Service Manager for approval
• Assist in ordering couriers; opening, organizing, delivering mail and packages
• Provides administrative support including but not limited to sales order processing,
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations for monthly townhall in collaboration with the management team
• Performs other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with non-technical users.
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and be an active listener and problem solver
• Experience of working in fast-paced environments and flexible environments
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• College diploma in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required.
