Salary:

Tire Wizard is looking to recruit a Bilingual Customer Support Representative (English/French) for a remote position on our team in the software/tech industry.

The Bilingual Customer Support Representative will be responsible primarily for communication and maintaining relationships with French speaking customers. They will be held accountable for exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly. In addition, this person will develop and implement strategies to grow a direct relationship with customers and to enhance satisfaction and retention. This position also requires dedicating time to pursuing new clients (sales) not currently on the Tire Wizard platform.

Day-to-Day Job Items:

  • Providing an excellent customer experience by responding to customer calls and emails in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
  • Approach and engage customers on the features and benefits of our software.
  • Approaching new customers not currently using the Tire Wizard program and onboarding them to the network.
  • Maintain a regular schedule to contact customers via email and outbound calling to continue a positive relationship and ensure they are using the software to it's full potential.
  • Creating and maintaining customer records within CRM (Contact and Retailer information, User, etc).
  • Attending various meetings during the weeks to discuss upcoming events and support tickets. Meetings will ensure communication with Development and Account Management.
  • Monitor phone software to ensure call quality is high and calls are being answered.
  • Completing additional tasks with customers including inventory management and item creation.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a call center setting, preferably with a focus on financial programs or claims
  • Bilingual – Is able to write and speak fluently in both English and French (Quebec).
  • Sales experience is an asset. If no sales experience, motivation to make sales goals is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Strong organization and ability to multitask.
  • Experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Keep).
  • Basic understanding and experience using CRM's (Zoho, Salesforce, etc).
  • Knowledge of communication platforms (ex. Slack).
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a Customer Service department or setting (In Person or Remote)
  • Team-player who can also work independently.
