Le Club Child Care Program operates 14 before and after school programs in York Region. In September 2023 we are excited to be opening a new full day child care centre. We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Program Supervisor.

At Le Club Child Care Program, our philosophy is inspired by the approaches of educators in Reggio Emilia as well as resources and guidelines offered through “How does Learning Happen?: Ontario's Pedagogy for the Early Years”.

    • Work along side the Supervisor to ensure general operation of the child care is in compliance with all ministry regulations.
    • Responsible for program planning and ensuring a quality program is delivered on a daily basis.
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with family.
    • Assist and support all children within the program and practice inclusion at all time.
    • Provides leadership to staff, including training, problem solving, coaching and development.
    • Supervise staff and lead by example.
    • maintain all health and safety standards within the workplace, including but not limited to adequate sanitation of site and program materials and ensuring all programs are accessible, appropriate and safe
    • The Supervisor is responsible for the general operation of the daycare in compliance with all municipal, provincial and federal regulations and is accountable to the Board of Directors.

Must be registered with the College of Early Childhood Education

Current First Aid certification and appropriate medical and immunization record required.
