One of our client's projects is responsible for delivering a wide range of cybersecurity solutions for medical device networks. They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the development of technical solutions related to medical asset inventory, network access solutions and others, by collecting and analyzing business requirements, mapping them to appropriate processes and technologies, performing product-related analysis utilizing customer and product data, supporting implementation activities and documenting transition to operations collateral. This will involve collaboration with different subject matter experts, engaging stakeholders, prioritizing activities, preparing executive-level presentations, identifying and documenting requirements, processes and procedures. This role is responsible for all product-related analysis, utilizing customer and product data.
What you will be doing:

• Liaise with business, technical, and project stakeholders to evaluate and support the implementation of asset management, network access control, and other technical solutions.
• Facilitate vendor market research analysis against defined requirements.
• Facilitate and assist with performing proof of concept activities, testing, including the creation of test documentation such as Test Plans, Test Scenarios/Scripts, and Test Reports to ensure that the business requirements are met. Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams and vendors to complete assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Provide assistance in developing documentation for users and operational support (e.g. user guides, support desk knowledge articles, etc.).
• Support the project team with many aspects of project delivery including planning, risk management, deliverables, communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you have:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• At least 6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting implementation of large enterprise environment projects.
• Experience implementing service management-type solutions. ITIL certification is highly desirable.
• Experience working within the Health Authorities is highly preferred.
• Previous experience with medical asset discovery implementations.
• Experience with security tools and processes, like administrative access management, multi-factor authentication, and other implementations.
• Experience developing supporting documentation (e.g. requirements matrix, processes, policies, procedures, decision records, etc.)
• Experienced in working collaboratively with subject matter experts in specialized technical fields.
• The ability to effectively navigate and deliver results in a large and complex environment is a must.
• Demonstrated capability working with Senior Management team and Executives.
• Must be competent in MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
• Strong project management, analytical, and people skills.
• Change management/business transformation experience an asset
