About the role
We are growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Recruiter Consultant for our business (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) to support our client. You will be responsible for the full recruitment process in the construction industry.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Cultivate strong ties with hiring managers and team leads for effective collaboration.
Immerse in the client's culture to convey it authentically to potential candidates.
Implement diverse sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for technical and cultural alignment.
Promote and enhance the client's employer brand within the pharmaceutical sector.
Use metrics and analytics for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Collaborate on a seamless onboarding process to ensure a positive integration for new hires.
- Qualifications and Work Experience
- 3-5 years experience in recruiting
- Experience recruiting in the construction industry
- Ability to form instant and long-lasting relationships
- Sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
- Confident and driven ability to work in a self-directed environment
