We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Associate to join our team!

We are looking for an individual who will be an integral member of our growing Media Team and is responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, optimization and reporting for our client SEM Campaigns. You will leverage your proficiency of SEM (and SEO) to maximize campaign effectiveness, responsible as well for budgets and pacing. In addition, to capturing valuable insights and working on all relevant Reporting in conjunction with the Media Team. Candidate should be a data-driven problem solving individual that has 2-3 years of experience working in SEM (and a preferred strong working knowledge of SEO).

What is a day in a life of a Senior Paid Media Associate at theturnlab?

  • Lead (while working with the Media Team) to plan and execute SEM and at times other PPC campaigns (includes implementation of tracking and measurement).
  • Improve paid search performance using experience, strong working knowledge and industry best practices.
  • Ability to Lead, Manage and Optimize multiple ongoing SEM Campaigns.
  • Report performance metrics at minimum on a weekly basis.
  • Work with the Interactive Team to plan and execute various SEO tasks.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager as needed.

What value will you bring to our team?

  • Minimum (2) years as an SEM Specialist (with significant Google Ads experience), with proven knowledge of campaign setup, ad creation and keywords research.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, GA4 and Tag Manager.
  • Google Ads Certified.
  • Experience working with Google Ads Editor and Search Ads 360.
  • Intermediate knowledge of digital media buying and acquisition models (CPA, CPC, CPM, CPE).
  • Ability to work with Reporting Dashboards and Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables).
  • Deadline oriented and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work with a High Performing Media Team and Lead this discipline.

Additional requirements

  • Post-Secondary University/College Degree and/or Diploma.
  • An organizer with strong time management skills who can meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborator, team oriented and open minded.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail.
