We are looking to hire a candidate with customer service and recruiting experience, as well as office management skills and proficiency with technology including systems such as MailChimp, Canva, Gmail and Google Drive, YouTube, Facebook, as well as internal tech systems used by our team and our agents.

Responsibilities:The core responsibilities of the role include:
- Customer Service
- Lead Generation and Conversion
- Managing Agent Communications
- Utilizing KW Tech Systems within Leadership Team
- Teaching and Training KW Tech Systems to Agents
- Updating Office Social Media Accounts
- Supporting Multiple Managers
- Real Estate industry experience would be an asset
- Knowledge of technology (Gmail, Google Drive, YouTube, Excel, KW Command, Canva) and social media tools (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- History of achieving and consistently exceeding personal goals
- Desire to excel and grow into opportunities
- High-level people skills
- Customer service experience 2 years+
- Lead generation or conversion experience
