As a Technical Writer at Pocketed, you will be responsible for capturing detailed project information for our clients. Your expertise in capturing and articulating technical information will be instrumental in producing accurate and precise descriptions of technical work and research. Through meticulous attention to detail and an innate ability to distill complex information into accessible content, you will ensure that our clients have comprehensive and easily understandable documentation to use in funding applications and more.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather comprehensive project information, focusing on technical aspects and research findings.
- Work closely with the Pocketed team to meet our clients' high expectations and make their experience with us even better.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation accessible to a wide audience
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in documenting project processes, methodologies, and results.
- Assist in compiling technical reports and documentation required for SR&ED claims
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project documentation and maximize benefits for clients.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to ensure alignment on project documentation and objectives.
