Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop & maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Generate collections of outstanding invoices.
  • Review missed promise to pay dates.
  • Apply customer payments and monitor credit memos.
  • Review and approve campaign emails.
  • Conduct customer surveys.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement a customer care strategy.
  • Assist with processing invoices.
  • Provide phone back-up for the main phone line.
  • Backup for Accounts Receivable Clerk (monitor the AR email inbox, set up new credit accounts, month end tasks, etc.).
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Interpersonal skills
    • Capacity to build rapport and foster positive relationships with customers.
  • Adaptability
    • Ability to adapt to different customer personalities, preferences, and situations while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Time management and organization
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Teamwork
    • Ability to collaborate with colleagues from various departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Problem-solving skills
    • Capacity to understand customer needs, address concerns and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Additional consideration will be given to those having any of the following:

  • Experience in a similar role relating to customer relationship building.

Other Information

  • This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm) located in Ile des Chenes, MB.
  • Wage will depend on the qualifications of the candidate.
  • Reports to the AR/AP Supervisor.
