Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about construction management? M.P. Lundy Construction Inc. is seeking a dedicated Construction Submittals Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our project management activities by managing and tracking submittals throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and submit all construction submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to verify details and timelines.
  • Maintain and manage submittal logs and documentation using project management software.
  • Ensure timely approvals and processing to avoid delays and adhere to project schedules.
  • Assist in project documentation and provide administrative support to the project team.
Qualifications:
  • Post secondary degree/diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction management or project coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
