Job Summary:
DT Home Reno is seeking a dedicated and skilled Window Cleaner for our summer season in Oro-Medonte, ON. This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, providing hourly compensation of $18 to $25 per hour paid biweekly. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in residential and commercial buildings. This is an individual contributor role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $25 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition to your hourly rate, eligible employees may also receive tips, sales commissions and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
• Clean windows in residential and commercial buildings using specialized tools and equipment
• Remove any debris or cobwebs on window frames and sills
• Apply cleaning solutions and use squeegees to remove dirt and grime from windows
• Inspect windows for any damages or defects and report to supervisor
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or questions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to use and operate various tools and equipment, such as squeegees, ladders, and pressure washers
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of proper cleaning techniques
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
