Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating, directing and monitoring the effectiveness of all operational activities within the Concierge and service departments.
  • Managing, planning, and evaluating a wide range of services and activities to meet the needs of the resident in accordance with quality management, legislative requirements and organization standards.
  • Assessing of individual resident requirements, interests and abilities in order to identify needs, develops appropriate support to optimize resident involvement, and introduces new and/or modified programs and services as applicable.
  • Participating in the recruitment, team member and labor relations, orientation, occupational and non-occupational injury/illness, performance management, training, education and other people related functions of the Community for respective department team members.
  • Ensure exceptional service is provided to the residents with anticipation of needs and wants.
  • Assisting in linking residents and family with resources and services both within the community.
  • Lead delivery of resident transportation services.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' equivalent experience in management, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • At least 1 year experience in a health care setting.

Conditions of Employment

  • Valid CPR and First Aid
  • Clear Police Information Check
  • Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
  • COVID-19 vaccination. This requirement will be waived if you did not receive the vaccination due to any legislated protected human rights grounds
