Salary: $40,000 + Uncapped Commissions
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Relationships: Foster positive connections with MDU property management and leasing staff to uphold Rally's brand reputation among potential tenants and residents.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and execute sales strategy within the MDU segment, focusing on Rally TV, Internet, and Phone services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive growth and densification of Rally's portfolio within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
- Marketing Events: Organize and execute marketing events and programs, utilizing both in-person and virtual platforms, to engage potential customers and promote Rally's services.
- Market Insights: Provide insights on market trends to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.
- Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and clients to process documents and requests efficiently.
- Customer Engagement: Educate clients on new promotions, Rally products, and services while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Brand Representation: Maintain and uphold Rally's brand standards and corporate objectives in all interactions and activities.
Critical Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of business development, account management, or B2C sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Extensive knowledge of competitor services in the residential MDU landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce and Odoo experience preferred.
- Post-secondary degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Passion for technology and providing exceptional customer experiences.
