Job Description:

M3 Staffing, a respected name in the construction industry, is seeking a dedicated Construction Sales Representative to join our team as an independent subcontractor for a 90-day term contract. In this role, you will provide essential sales services to our agency, with a primary focus on creating new contracts with construction companies that are currently not in our system and recovering old contracts with companies that may no longer use our services, both for temporary and permanent positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a sales consultant for M3 Staffing, working closely with construction site managers and supervisors to understand their staffing needs.
  • Visit construction sites to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients on behalf of M3 Staffing.
  • Promote our services and assist new and lapsed clients in placing orders for both temporary and permanent positions.
  • Create and negotiate new contracts with construction companies not currently in our system.
  • Work to recover and renew old contracts with companies that may have previously used our services.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and M3 Staffing, ensuring smooth communication and outstanding service.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions, new contracts, and orders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a preference for experience in the construction industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with construction staffing needs and job positions.
  • Reliable transportation to visit construction sites and clients.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
