What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a research strategy that aligns with the company's goals and vision for user experience.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Design and conduct usability studies to evaluate the effectiveness of our products, identify pain points, and suggest improvements.
• Map out user journeys and identify opportunities for enhancing the overall user experience.
• Analyze and synthesize research data, turning it into actionable insights and recommendations for product improvements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate research findings into the product development process.
• Develop the information architecture and task flows for new features or applications based on research findings.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitors' offerings to inform design decisions and make recommendations for differentiation.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in design and ensure our products are usable by a diverse audience.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX research, with a proven track record of conducting impactful research studies.
• Proficiency in various research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
• Written and verbal communication skills, including presenting research findings clearly and compellingly.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• A deep understanding and empathy for users, passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and a commitment to ensuring accessible design.
• A strong desire to stay updated with industry trends and a willingness to experiment with new research techniques and tools.
• Experience with enterprise software, complex systems, or service design.
