As an Antidote Production Technician, you play a critical role in our organization: Production Techs are flexible to production needs and smoothly move from dry flower packaging to extraction, to sanitation.
If you'd like to join a team that is committed to thoughtful strategy and social equity, we ask that you submit a resume that outlines your experience with the following:
- Packaging bulk dry cannabis into a finished product
- Assisting with extraction activities, handling of fresh cannabis
- Set up of packaging rooms based on production plan (bringing materials to designated room, organizing materials and biomass)
- Ensuring SOPs are adhered to throughout the processing chain
- Following hygiene processes at all times, measuring and weighing cannabis materials according to production procedures
- Performing sanitation activities between batches and as needed throughout the facility
- Completion of accurate and timely forms in support of production batch records
- Compliance with security procedures
As well as:
- 1+ years in a production environment
- Experience in a regulated environment is an asset, please note that all environments of cannabis experience are respected and considered
Core Competencies:
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to sit or stand for long periods
- Hand dexterity
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good command of the English language both written and verbal
We are currently recruiting for a part-time role, a minimum of 10 to a maximum of 28 hours per week.
