Essential Skills: Development and optimization of assembly processes and equipment concepts from the offer phase to series handover, taking lean principles into accountDescription of assembly processes using planning methods for workflow designParticipation in industrialization projects in planning and execution phasesCreation of specifications/specifications for assembly systemsDetermination of key figures for the value-add calculationTracking and execution of the agreed cost and deadline targetsParticipation in interdisciplinary and international project teamsManagement and support of sub-projects for the industrialization of axle system assemblyCoordination of project-specific work packages with customers and suppliersSupport and control of the machine suppliers over the entire project periodMonitoring, control and final acceptance of assembly systems in the factoryMonitoring of the process acceptance by the customerOrganization of training and ensuring the transfer of know-how to the employees in the production plantArguing and negotiating the work results and concepts with the customer and management
