Morison Insurance is currently seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Marketer (Renewal Specialist) to join our team of insurance professionals.

Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers to create submissions to send to market for both new business and remarketing of renewals
- Generating building evaluations
- Completing Commercial Vehicle Supplements and other supporting submission documents
- Negotiate terms with Underwriters with respect to coverage and premium
- Review quotes for accuracy for Account Managers
- Research policy coverages and forms
- Making recommendations to the Account Manager
- Creating proposals for client presentations
- Issuing Certificates of Insurance, Binders, and Liability Slips
- Quote risks through PolicyWorks and company portals.
- Entering new policies into Epic and/or PolicyWorks
- Supporting Commercial Digital Sales Broker in quoting new business leads
- Establishing relationships with insurance company representatives and underwriters to manage volume and create programs.
- Keeping Account Manager Team and Sales Team informed on company appetites, target class information, programs, and new produces.
- Various supportive tasks for the Account Manager Team
Skills & Requirements For You To Succeed
- A Registered Insurance Broker License (RIBO)
- Additional insurance industry designations, such as CAIB or CIP would be an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment is a key skillset
- Confidence speaking directly with customers and insurance companies
- Ability to prioritize and multitask volumes of work
