Where you come in:

We're zeroing in on our Product Market Fit and are seeing positive results from inbound & outbound efforts - so we're on the search for a seasoned product marketer that will elevate our lead generation programs and amplify our sales pipeline. Our marketing team is small, so you'll have to roll up your sleeves and execute on deliverables from end-to-end. You will be working closely with our CEO & Co-Founders on company wide strategy, and you'll play a crucial role in amplifying our market exposure and driving revenue growth.

  • We are a funded startup. Therefore we focus on fast, lean, scrappy execution. You need to be energetic, knowledgeable, creative, and passionate.
  • We have early market validation. A lot of tech startups don't do their homework before they build. We did, and we know what we need to build.
  • We are dealing with brand-new technology. You need to be excited about continuously investigating new technologies and challenging the status quo.

We are looking for smart, talented and resourceful people who can bring their drive and positive energy to an early-stage startup that is poised to scale.

What you will be doing:

The Product Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and client acquisition for our sales pipeline. This individual will apply their analytical thinking, business savvy, creativity and curiosity to optimize our presence across all digital channels.

Content Creation

  • Create marketing collateral including case studies, webinars, video interviews, and blogs.
  • Create sales collateral including decks, sales messages, and one pagers.

Partner Co-Marketing

  • Work with our partnerships manager on co-marketing strategy/deliverables for collaborative campaigns with partners (such as Google Cloud, Socialgist, Dark Owl).

Conferences/Events:

  • Identify key conferences that offer client acquisition opportunities for us and propose actionable lead generation tactics.

Inbound Marketing

  • Ideate, plan, and execute inbound initiatives (Blogs, SEO, CRO, social media thought leadership, developer community marketing)

Product Marketing

  • Develop expertise around our product & industry to serve as a communications bridge between our technical team and non-technical stakeholders (sales team, partners, freelancers).
  • Translate technical product releases into easily digestible content like how-to blogs and video demos.

Go-To Market Strategy

  • Work with our executive team to plan market positioning and craft ICP specific messaging.
  • Convert GTM decisions into sales campaigns and SDR playbooks.

Campaign Management

  • Conceptualize, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Lifecycle Marketing

  • Manage campaigns that nurture our MQL's into sales-ready opportunities (i.e. email marketing, promotions)
  • Brainstorm new approaches for SDR's to convert their hot leads into sales opportunities.

Support Outbound Campaigns

  • Collaborate with and support SDR's on outbound sales campaigns (i.e. cold LinkedIn outreach).

Must-Haves:

  • Portfolio of content marketing/product marketing deliverables (i.e. the ones listed above)
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field, ie. Business or Marketing or demonstrated equivalent experience
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling materials that simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated success leading marketing programs with measurable pipeline results.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and best practices in online marketing, growth hacking, and measurement
  • Analytical skills for developing accurate insights and making data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Deep interest in the AI, Data Engineering, Data Integration, or SaaS space.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Web & Content Design Skills (Figma, Adobe Suite)
  • Proficiency in SEO and creating high-converting web pages.
  • Experience with CMS/website management tools (we use WordPress + Elementor)
  • Advanced knowledge in reviewing and analyzing metrics in Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Familiarity with the B2B SaaS buyers journey (large buying committees and long sales cycles).
  • Previous experience at early stage tech companies, such in the B2B / Enterprise / data management space.
  • Knowledge around API's, ETL, NLP, Social Listening, or data products that leverage web & social data.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that flourishes in an self-managed setting, where you have full ownership of your projects.
