About the Role

We are currently seeking a Weekend Agent Support Administrator to provide assistance to our real estate agents and clients during weekend hours. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service, particularly in supporting our agents with their listings. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric approach, meticulous attention to detail, and adept multitasking abilities to excel in this administrative role.

Schedule:

Saturday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Sunday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

What's Involved

  • Provide dedicated customer support to our real estate agents.
  • Conduct outreach to agents and clients to gather feedback on property showings.
  • Assist in facilitating communication and follow-ups with clients, legal representatives, brokerages, and other relevant parties as needed.
  • Conduct property searches for clients, schedule showings, and follow up on confirmation details.
  • Prepare and draft various paperwork, including offers, listings, and other essential documents, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients and agents.
  • Aid in the management of new, existing, and prospective leads.
  • Facilitate the collection of status certificates.

Talent Specs

  • 2+ years real estate administrative experience required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently on weekends.
  • Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is an asset.
  • Thrives within a dynamic, fast paced, evolving business environment.
