Our client in Guelph; Ontario Pork, is looking for a Client Support Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the successful candidate will be collaborative, innovative and highly organized.

The Client Support Coordinator will lead all resources and support related to member services. In collaboration with the Director of Sales, the Client Support Coordinator will identify and initiate strategies to maintain expectations to ensure excellent member services and propose informed directives for the ongoing and future success of member services. While maintaining all operational aspects of member services, the Client Services Coordinator will foster productivity by developing key internal and external relationships via collaboration and a passion for organizational success.

Communication and collaboration are key for this role. Regularly interacting with clients, members and internal colleagues at varying levels within the organization, the Client Support Coordinator must maintain and stay abreast of industry trends in order to successfully identify and manage value-add strategies for strong member services/support.

Responsibilities
• Support identification of current and future strategic priorities, including developing business cases for recommendations.
• Collaborate with Director to develop workable solutions in support of member relations.
• Collaborate, monitor, and support the Director in preparing and implementing an annual plan.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and deliver upon project objectives and outcomes.

• Respond to product and service questions from members.
• Evaluate member needs and ensure that they are matched with the most appropriate product or service.
• Ensure meticulous member records management and data entry tasks.
• Foster strong client relationships.
• Communicate with processors, transporters, and other industry stake holders.
• Assist with the creation, development and implementation of resources and programs.
• Coordinate and host information meetings with members.
• Provide project management coordination to initiatives related to member services offerings.

• Monitor, coordinate and evaluate program and strategy completion.
• Support team members as it relates to member services.

• Maintain and manage contracts and documentation as it related to member services.

• Prepare and review of reports, conduct research, and compile relevant data.

Requirements
• Post Secondary diploma specializing in Business Administration.
• Business administration/project management experience
• Sales and customer service experience an asset.
• Self-directed, problem-solving skills, communication skills, analytical, well organized, prompt (sensitivity to deadlines), time management skills, dealing with difficult customers.
• Process oriented mindset.

• Ability to work effectively independently, as well as collaborate with an active team.

• Word Processing and spreadsheet applications, Microsoft Office, Database applications.

• Agriculture/Pork industry experience an asset
