We're seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer Lead to spearhead the design of digital products and services for our international projects. Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize design thinking, user research, and business strategy to identify and address unmet needs or untapped opportunities, translating them into strategic visions.
  • Lead the design of digital products by experimenting with new interfaces, building effective design systems, and leveraging best practices to solve complex problems elegantly.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver end goals, fostering stronger client relationships and building trust in your design expertise.

Requirements:

  • Expert proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • 4-10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2 years as a lead designer, guiding clients, projects, and teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing excellence in designing and shipping successful websites and digital products, deep understanding of modern user research strategies, and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Expertise in user experience and interaction design, including mapping user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design.
  • Exceptional communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams while balancing great design with expedited deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Art Direction, or related fields.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Mastery of design applications such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, prototyping applications such as Invision, Principle, and Creative Cloud Applications like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
