Maintenance Lead-hand (Dual Ticket) - 433A & 442A/ 309A - Day Shift - 8 hours

Pay Range - $45.50/per hour

Position Summary

• The Maintenance Lead Hand plays a pivotal role in the Production & Operations division. This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all mechanical equipment and systems within the plant. The Maintenance Lead Hand also conducts daily pre-operational inspections and performs necessary repairs.

Key Accountabilities:

• Accountable for the preventative maintenance and repair of production equipment as per work order requests, equipment stoppages or breakdowns.
• Accountable to assign tasks to employees, provide adequate training to perform tasks, and ensure all tasks are completed to specifications.
• Accountable to adhere to and utilize Company policies and procedures and HACCP regulations.
• Accountable to ensure a safe work environment for coworkers, customers, and visitors.

Qualification:

• Minimum five years experience performing repairs in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical, electrical and refrigeration systems knowledge, and an ability to use power and manual tools. Basic computer knowledge and math skills. Ability to communicate in English both verbally, and in writing.
