GCW is looking to add to our Administrative team!

Front Desk Reception is responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration. This includes greeting, and screening visitors, answering, and referring inbound telephone calls, and maintaining the sales showroom.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • An individual with a positive and friendly attitude

Some requirements of the role would include:

  • Function as front desk reception, answering phone calls, replying to emails and welcoming guests and clients
  • Process payments as required
  • Maintain the showroom (organizing after meetings, requesting samples, etc.)
  • Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • College diploma in Business Administration, or a similar discipline is considered an asset
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
