Job Description

Mission

Do you have a reputation for excellence and consistency in monitoring projects, and for thoroughness and impeccable organizational skills? Do you believe that you have the ability to take responsibility for projects of a diverse nature and provide guidance for clients in the execution of their most ambitious undertakings?

We would like to meet you! Our Project Management team is currently looking for experienced professionals whose mastery of project management tools and have a commitment to excellence which allows them to showcase our expertise for our internal and external clients in the National Capital Region.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact on projects and coordinate the work of professionals assigned to the projects
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders in seeking solutions to for ensure the proper management and successful execution of projects based on the delivery method established in the contract
  • Liaise with Clients in connection with project issues that may affect profitability, scheduling, on-time delivery, suppliers, etc.
  • Administer Canadian Construction Contracts (ex. CCDC-2, CCDC-5)
  • Prepare for, set up and chair meetings with the client and the various partners as required for the harmonious execution of projects
  • Take part in and draft the minutes of meetings
  • Play an active role in all operational and strategic project management activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering, P.Eng/OAA designation is a must
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role on projects over $5M
  • PMP and/or LEED certification an asset
  • Federal Secret clearance a must
  • Knowledge of construction and project management (involving Heritage, Sustainability and Accessibility)
  • Fluent in English and working knowledge of French
  • Flexible hybrid work model
  • Ability to travel by car
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
