Customer Service /concierge

100% Remote

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 37.5/week

Salary: 47,500k-49,875K

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers after the sale or order activation

  • Handle order validations, payment processing, order modifications, and coordination of deliveries.

  • Assess and communicate stock availability

  • Review and confirm readiness for pre-site visits or installations, scheduling appointments, and dispatching installation technicians accurately.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and installation partners,

  • Maintain accurate documentation and record customer/client information

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service or call center environment.

  • Ability to actively listen to customer concerns and provide solutions while demonstrating empathy.

  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, French is an asset but not required

  • Strong multitasking abilities, managing multiple applications simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is an asset.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to establish priorities.
