We are looking for motivated individuals to join our spring/summer painting team! Searching for the hardest-working, most driven people who want to be a part of an awesome group and earn what they are worth. This season our team will be responsible for painting 100+ homes/businesses.
COMPENSATION:
Our painting systems allow our top painters to make $22-$30/hour, with our average painter making $26/hour. Payment is a hybrid of hourly and profit sharing - meaning the harder you work, the more you earn. A motivated and dedicated painter earns between $13,000 to $17,000 working from early May to late August.
ABOUT THE POSITION:

BENEFITS:
Starting rate dependent on experience. Raises based on proven skill after start date. Bonuses will depend on performance and the criteria established by the Owner.
