What You'll Do:

As a Store Manager: Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary range: $74,419 - $91,929/per year

• Be a retail leader and subject-matter expert to deliver a best in class customer experience, build and manage a team of retail all stars and maximize business goals and sales performance
• Oversee and manage all store operations such as: opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, cash wrap, inventory management, loss prevention, IT systems (POS), health & safety and budgeting to ensure operational excellence
• Set and monitor store financial targets and KPIs such as: average order value (AOV), conversion rate, net promoter score (NPS) and other inventory metrics
• Lead recruitment efforts for the store level and manage store labour plans
• Deliver training to retail staff and drive employee engagement
  

As an Assistant Store Manager:Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary range: $50,032 - $61,804/per year

• Support Store Manager in ensuring all store operations meet company expectations and operational excellence
• Manage store financial targets and KPIs such as: average order value (AOV), conversion rate, net promoter score (NPS), and other inventory metrics
• Collaborate with Store Manager in recruitment efforts for store level
• Deliver training to retail staff and monitor and lead by example in driving sales
  

As a Team Lead: Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Salary range: $19-20/hour

• Support store management in ensuring all store operations meet company expectations and operational excellence
• Manage store targets and KPIs such as: average order value (AOV), conversion rate, net promoter score (NPS), and other inventory metrics
• Deliver training to retail staff and monitor and lead by example in driving sales
  

As a Sales Associate: Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Salary range: $17/hour

• Act as a Vessi brand ambassador to provide a seamless and memorable, in-store experience for our customers
• Drive sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by exhibiting a superior level of product knowledge and customer service
• Perform day-to-day store operations such as opening and closing procedures, POS/cash handling, fitting, merchandising and receiving and processing stock, and office cleanliness and organization
