Classic LifeCare is a family-run home care agency that is committed to providing the finest home health care experience. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Care Support Coordinator (CSC) to join our team. The Client Care Coordinator will work alongside the Leadership Team and the Service Team (Service Coordinator and Clinical Nursing Supervisors). At Classic LifeCare, we serve both private and contracted clients. This CCC role will focus on the private business where clients invest in our services independently.

The Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for growing our base of private clients and ensuring they receive exceptional care. They will play a pivotal role in our business's success by building relationships with potential private clients and handling administrative scheduling tasks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about networking with others and excel in handling concurrent tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new private clients, including outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources.
  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of private clients' care services.
  • Ensure that Classic LifeCare meets the expectations of the client and provide a personable feel.
  • Develop client-specific care plans to help manage expectations.
  • Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns related to the scheduling of private clients promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with Classic's Marketing Team to promote Classic LifeCare's home care services by collecting client and employee stories.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to troubleshoot any emergency calls as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Clear Criminal Record Check
  • Prior experience in the healthcare field preferred (Unit Clerk, Medical Office Assistant, Health Care Assistant, Nurse, etc.) with knowledge of the private home care industry a plus.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor, with the ability to build rapport and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in AlayaCare and Microsoft 365 preferred but not necessary.
  • Located near or in Prince George.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a willingness to drive to multiple areas in a day.
