The responsibilities include visiting our client's homes to scrub, wash, mop, vacuum, and more. The ideal candidate has excellent time-management and interpersonal skills, is physically capable of performing light and deep cleaning duties, and understands how to use cleaning products and equipment to get the job done right. Compensation:$17 - $21 hourly with bonus opportunity
Responsibilities:- Check cleaning specifications for each client
- Travel to residences to perform a variety of home cleaning duties in a timely and professional manner
- Brush, vacuum, and sweep rugs, carpets, floors, and upholstery
- Wipe all surfaces and blinds
- Wax floors and polish furniture
- In person team meetings once per week
- Be a team player, working solo AND with a crew
- We require the ability to lift 20 or more pounds, standing and bending for extended periods of time, and strenuous labor regularly
- Hard worker with strong time management and interpersonal skills
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- 1+ year experience as house cleaner preferred, but not required
