Job Summary:
DT Home Reno, a home renovation company based in Barrie, ON, is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our home renovation services to potential clients and generating new business. We have full time and part time positions available. Pay structure is based on commissions.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $18 to $22 an hour or 10% of closed sales with bonuses for lead generation. The commission structure will be based on your sales performance. You will also receive biweekly pay.
Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through cold calling and digital marketing strategy
• Conduct high quality 8 pt. phone calls
• Conduct sales presentations and prepare proposals for potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure successful completion of projects
• Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the company and expand the client base
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No experience required, enrolled or graduates from business programs preferred
• Ability to work full-time and availability to attend occasional evening or weekend events
