Job DescriptionYou will be working in a non commission sales showroom where you will help people choose the best tile for their space. You will work as part of a highly successful team, but you will also need the initiative to work autonomously to meet our customer's needs.
- Ensures customer is satisfied and has a positive experience.
- Advise and assist customers on product and design selection.
- Provides information about Tile Town products.
- Address customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Continually reviews showroom to ensure professional and clean presentation of Tile Town products.
- Personable, professional and courteous.
- A passion for creating beautiful spaces and a keen eye for color and style is highly desirable.

Additional Information
Compensation for this position will range depending upon skills, abilities and relevant knowledge or experience.

Store operating hours
- Monday - Friday – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Saturday – 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
