WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Alternative Fuels and Raw Materials department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the efficient operations and sustainable initiatives within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative functions, managing records, and contributing to the implementation of alternative energy projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the usage of alternative fuels and raw materials for sustainable cement production.
  • Track and Manage inventory and ensure timely availability of materials required for ongoing projects.
  • Data entry in management systems such as SAP
  • Manage and create Purchase orders and internal material codes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to the usage and efficiency of alternative fuels and raw materials, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Create monthly scorecard for Alternative Fuels
  • Navigate procurement process, and manage all contracts and pricing letters
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with local and international regulations pertaining to alternative fuels and materials.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations and contribute to the development of compliance strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments to support the seamless integration of alternative energy initiatives, and collaborate with team members to gather and disseminate information related to sustainability practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to alternative fuels and raw materials.
  • Assist in the creation of documentation to ensure adherence to sustainability standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the environmental or energy sector.
  • Proficiency in data management and basic understanding of sustainability principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Valid G Driver's license is a must as travel may be required
