Why this role is significant

As Pub Support, you serve as the communication line between the front of house and the kitchen, ensuring that food is served at the quality we pride ourselves on. This team includes both the Food Runner and Host positions. The Food Runneer role is essential for servers to effectively manage guest expectations and experiences, while the Host sets the tone for guests' experiences and is the first impression they have of our business.

A day in the life

• Greet guests, assist with seating, and provide menus in the Pub.
• Manage the waitlist during busy periods and provide accurate wait times to guests.
  
• Provide efficient delivery of room service and pool-side orders to guests.
  
• Ensure hotel hallways are kept clear of room service trays.
  
• Recognize all menu items, including dips, sides, and sauces.
  
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock of the Pub at all times.
• Confidently carry plates and follow food running procedures.
• Maintain continuous communication with both the BOH and FOH teams.
  
• Assist with table maintenance and resetting tables.
  
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

• You are available to work Sunday to Thursday day shifts.
  
• FoodSafe or willing to obtain certification.
