Service Scheduler

The Service Scheduler will provide world class customer service while scheduling residential

pest jobs with both our new and returning customers. The hired person will utilize Google

calendars to maintain our Technician's daily work schedules and ensure a 48 hour

turnaround time for services to be performed.

What do our Service Scheduler's do?

 Maintain great customer relations over the phone

 Gather information from customers to help meet their scheduling needs

 Confirm, schedule and re-schedule services for customers

 Create and maintain Technician's schedules using Google calendars

 Obtain payment details and process credit card payments

 Complete general clerical duties as assigned

 Work closely with our Operations and Sales teams

Requirements

What you need?

 High school diploma or GED

 Preferred post-secondary education in a related field

 Two years of experience in a Customer Service role

 Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-Point.

 Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time

 High level of organization skills

 Work well under pressure

 Prioritize work without direct supervision

 Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills

 Listening skills are essential

 Quality and customer oriented

 Action-oriented and self-motivated

 Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
