1. Five (5) years of experience within the past 10 years as a technical architect designing, installing, configuring, and supporting an on-prem ServiceNow application platform and its modules such as the Application Portfolio Management and Business Continuity Management in a government or private industry setting with at least 500 users.
2. Five (5) years of experience within the past 10 years in creating the following documents: system diagrams, process workflows, concept of operations, system design specifications, system implementation plans, standard operating procedures, statement of requirements, and other IM/IT project documentation in various file repositories such as GCDocs, SharePoint, D365 or, DevOps.
