As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Your primary duties will include assessing patients conditions, administering medications, coordinating treatment plans, monitoring vital signs, and educating patients and their families on self-care techniques.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads delivery of resident-centred care services on a shift- by-shift basis and in accordance with program goals and processes
• Become part of a resident / family-centred environment
• Liaises with residents, families and health authority

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma and practicing membership with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives. No restrictions license required
• Experience successfully coordinating care and service delivery within a complex care environment preferred
• First Aid certificate required
