Salary: $69,000-$73,000

• Maintaining all standards for quality, freshness, sanitation and food safety
• Supervising and scheduling staff
• Monitor margins and demonstrate leadership in increasing profitability
• Ordering product
• Providing guidance and feedback to staff
• Cutting and preparing all varieties and cuts of meat, including the safe operation of tools
• Ensuring the filling, maintaining and rotating products and displays
• Additional tasks and duties as required or requested by store manager
