The Opportunity

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team on a 6 + month contract!

We've taken the “ordinary” world of home services and made it memorable by bringing exceptional customer service into the mix. For this role's duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of time.

The Role:

Our Truck Team Members (TTMs) are the core of our business providing exceptional experiences for our customers every day and currently they are using a combination of multiple tools and apps to make the magic happen. We have a significant opportunity to make our TTM's experience exceptional by consolidating, streamlining, and building elegant designs that support them to be their best. This role will own the TTM App product tying together the operational needs and technology solutions to drive value for our TTMs and customers.

A Day in the Life:

-Guide the business through product innovation, prototype, validation, and development of a unified app for our front line team members (Truck Team Members)

-Identify key technological and operational friction points and opportunities within the Truck Team Member daily experience and the opportunities for technology supported solutions

-Identify novel solutions for opportunities to add additional value to our Truck Team Member experience ultimately driving improved customer experiences (ie: diversion tracking, etc.)

-Work collaboratively with designers, developers, architects, and external stakeholders including directly with out TTM users to drive successful outcomes

-Lead a continuous discovery and delivery model starting small to identify and reduce risks at each stage through validation

-Maintain product roadmaps and facilitate regular roadmap review meetings

What you Bring to the table:

-Strong track record of delivering amazing digital experiences for front line users that are responsible for providing exceptional experiences to customers (including mobile apps, payment integrations, salesforce integration)

-Experience managing a combination of internal resources and third party vendors all coming together seamlessly to achieve exceptional results

-Strong examples of partnering directly with users to validate usability at each stage; genuine ability to put yourself in the customers/end-user shoes and operate from a place of empathy

-Experience managing product roadmaps and connecting them to company objectives, strategic initiatives, and business value

-Demonstrable experience defining success metrics for products/features and managing against them

-Ability to thrive and deliver while surrounded by competing priorities and ambiguity

-Experience and willingness to “find answers”, insights and data from a variety of sources i.e. data analytics, research fostering a culture of data-informed decision making

-Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders about development priorities and deliverables, status updates, and proposed timings for development phase

Compensation And Benefits:

-Salary 95,000K - 115,000K per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
