DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Product Manager to join our team. As a Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of Reimagined Parking's data products for internal and external customers. You will be build and manage the data products that provide insights and support business decisions to drive growth and enhance our service offering. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, external customers, data engineers, data scientists, and software developers, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end data product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and optimization.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and insights to identify opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and measure product performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data engineering, data science, and software development teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritize features based on business value and feasibility, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality by defining testing strategies, conducting QA testing, and addressing issues in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement through feedback collection, iteration, and optimization of products and processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, gather feedback, and address concerns to ensure alignment and success.
• Data governance: Ensure the quality, security and compliance of the company's data

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience (2 years) as a Data Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of data management, data analytics, and data visualization concepts.
• Experience with data engineering, science and visualization technologies (e.g. Redshift, DBT, Microsoft Power BI)
• Experience with Agile methodologies, product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the parking industry is a plus.
