As a PR Coordinator at Sundae Creative, you will play a vital role in shaping the public perception and enhancing the visibility of our brand. You'll be an integral part of our dynamic PR team, working closely with other creative minds to develop and implement strategic communication plans that resonate with our target audiences and align with our overarching brand objectives. In this role, your creativity will shine through the development of engaging press materials, the cultivation of strong media relationships, and the execution of memorable press events. WHAT YOU'LL BE EXPECTED TO DO:
- Collaborate seamlessly with our enthusiastic team to conceive and execute innovative communication plans that align with our brand's vision and goals.
- Skillfully establish and nurture valuable connections with media entities cultivating authentic, enduring partnerships that enhance our brand's presence and reputation.
- Showcase your creativity by crafting dynamic press releases, persuasive media pitches, and contributing to the strategic planning and execution of impactful press events that leave a lasting mark.
- Overseeing the development and meticulous upkeep of comprehensive media lists, ensuring our messages reach the right audience with precision and impact.
- Generate key reports on a monthly and or yearly basis providing actionable insights and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our PR initiatives.
- Maintain daily updates of our PR and social media tracker using proper softwares.
- Regularly identify new opportunities & ideas for partnerships and proactively contribute ideas to projects
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or Communications is preferred.
- Around 1 year of communications or public relations experience - agency experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer trends is advantageous.
- Passion for the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth in the PR and influencer marketing field.
- Possesses a growth mindset and a strong willingness to acquire new knowledge.
