As a Dental Hygiene Coordinator your responsibilities would include:

• Management of the dental hygiene recall system

• Maintaining an efficient hygiene schedule
• Confirming hygiene appointments
• Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed
• Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures
• Prepare for and participate in daily morning huddles
• Creating value in the patient's oral health
• Build strong relationships with patients to ensure trust and loyalty
• Assisting patients to better understand their dental coverage

The ideal candidate MUST have Dental Hygiene Coordinator experience and/or Dental Reception experience. Knowledge of Tracker and/or Dentrix would be considered an asset. Must be a team player who responds to our dental patients in an empathetic and professional manner. Competitive wages and group health insurance available.
