Job Summary
York Region Home Maintenance is currently seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team in the Aurora/Richmond Hill area. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales for our home maintenance services. This is a challenging and rewarding individual contributor role where you will have the opportunity to thrive in a results based economy based on your performance.


Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through networking, prospecting, and cold-calling.
- Conduct sales calls and estimates to sell our services to potential clients.
- Close sales contracts with clients, ensuring their needs and budget are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business
- Keep track of all sales activities and update CRM system accordingly.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to identify potential sales opportunities and develop marketing strategies to target these opportunities
- Participate in team meetings and trainings to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of our services
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the company.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the home maintenance or construction industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and high level of professionalism and integrity
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and experience with sales tracking systems
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
