In the current context of energy transition and as leader of the Energy segment, you will be in charge of adjusting and directing the strategy to current and future global needs, in order to support promising growth for Norda Stelo.
You will be responsible for defining business development strategies and direction. Working closely with the Directors of the Centers of Excellence, you will be involved in identifying the expertise required, as well as staffing profiles and partnerships to ensure a competitive offering in the marketplace.
You will work closely with other segment directors and market operations.

Reporting to the Resources and Industry Vice-President, and in a growth perspective, you will identify business opportunities and develop them into business partnerships. You will also be involved in all phases of our existing and potential agreements: from client relations to closing the deal, including opportunity analysis and service proposals. You will be at the heart of the segment's decisions.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or any other relevant combination of studies;
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in business development and partnership building;
- Excellent knowledge of the energy sector;
- Experience with consulting engineering firms (essential);
- Significant achievements in management, development of strategic plans, setting up sales processes and establishing substantial new business partnerships;
- Strong communication skills, agility and adaptability, strategy development, client focus, rigor, and structure;
- Ability to work as part of a team and to commit to several projects simultaneously;
- Bilingualism, French and English, both spoken and written (essential);
- Willingness to travel occasionally within and outside Canada.
