Salary:

Product Manager - Point-of-Sale Products

Join our team as a Product Manager responsible for the entire lifecycle of our Point-of-Sale (POS) products. You'll define vision and strategy, collaborate with Technology and Marketing, and ensure product profitability and viability.

Responsibilities:

• Gather business intelligence, assess competitor offerings, and analyze market trends
• Evaluate new product ideas and develop go-to-market strategies
• Define requirements and create product strategy documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align POS product requirements
• Implement and maintain an 18-month to 3-year product roadmap
• Drive product execution, manage lifecycle, and collaborate with internal teams
• Consult on concepts, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with corporate strategies
• Resolve product-related issues and communicate action plans with stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Product Management experience
• Knowledge in restaurant operations and POS software
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
• Experience in restaurant vertical and payment processing industry preferred
• Understanding of technology and software development lifecycle
• Strong business acumen and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
