Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Schedule appointments using Abeldent software
• Operate a multi-line telephone system

Requirements for this position include but are not limited to:

• Dental experience is an asset but not necessary. Business or Medical Administration will be considered
• Experience using Abeldent is an asset
• Experience with Accounts Receivable and Dental Insurance is an asset
• Excellent communication customer service skills
• Excellent telephone skills
• Ability to multi-task
