Your next career move

  • Administer and manage hot desk office environment; coordinating office seating arrangements and locker assignments.
  • Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, and other correspondence.
  • Answer and manage inbound telephone inquiries.
  • Arrange travel accommodations for key personnel required business trips in an economical and timely fashion, including hotel bookings, car rentals, and related reservations.
  • Ensure adequate supplies of office groceries, stationery, general office supplies, office furniture, and other equipment.
  • Assist in the management of building security, such as the assignment of access cards and keys for approved personnel.
  • Provide direction to personnel, carriers and financial institutions regarding required documentation or procedures for the purpose of conveying information necessary to complete various daily transactions.
  • Monitor any applicable warranties for office equipment.
  • Review and reconcile expense statements for the purpose of maintaining accurate account balances and complying with policies, practices and/or regulations.
  • Post payroll information into accounting system
  • Prepare draft invoices for client billing
  • Review bills that are received by TAO Group Holdings and its affiliated companies. to ensure accuracy of amounts charged
  • Collaborate with financial institutions as required for the processing of payments.
  • Perform assorted Human Resource activities as required, including, but not limited to :
    • Screening and sorting of applicants
    • Conducting pre-screening interviews;
    • Completing reference checks; and
    • Other related duties as assigned.

Does this sound like you?

  • University/college degree.
  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of space management systems is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good data entry and mathematical skills required.
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
