About the Role

This is a permanent full-time role based in Burnaby, British Columbia. We are looking for someone who is excited about planning, coordinating event and not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done. This role will provide end to end support to the Marketing team when it comes to organizing events. The successful candidate must be able to commute to the office minimum three days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for both internal and external events (digital or conventional) operations and execution including promotion, logistics, and day-of-event setup and delivery
  • Maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and partners
  • Create and manage our events calendar
  • Ensure events stay within budget and meet the planned deliverables
  • Coordinate event logistics
  • Organize marketing material
  • Conduct post-event reporting and ROI analysis
  • Evaluate events through feedback and make proper recommendation for change
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager

Key Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing, communications, hospitality
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the Dental Industry
  • At least 4 years of marketing experience, with 2 of those years in event marketing
  • Project management experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Multi-tasker with a strong work ethic
  • Solid working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoom
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Resides in the Metro Vancouver Area is required

Work Environment
